Do countries with free health care generally have co-pays or deductibles to discourage use?
Side note…sites like Literotica are full of shit writing with body sounds and when I used grammarly and quillbot for corrections they threw me out, so basically ChatGPT based plots will be even worse and subject to scrutiny
